This is our beautiful Pierced Filigree Cartilage Cuff. We take our very popular Filigree Ear Cuff and solder a 20 gauge Sterling Silver post to one side of the cuff. There is an earring back that holds the cuff on your ear.
The look of the Pierced Ear Cuff may differ from our photo depending on where on the ear your hole is and the angle of the piercing.
This piece will arrive in a Gift Box and include simple fitting instructions. Perfect for gift giving!
