• Select ONE SIDE or BOTH SIDES • Select Anklet Length

• Let us know in the 'PERSONALIZATION BOX' what BIRTH MONTH FLOWER you would like engraved on your charm. And if BOTH SIDES, what initial of font you would like.

• Up to 2 fonts can be added to the back of the disc for an additional fee of $6. If you want just the flower on one side of the charm, choose ONE SIDED. If you want a flower on the front side and engravings on the back side, choose BOTH SIDES.
